Refunds & Cancellations

1. Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services offered by SkillPlus Academy® including corporate training programs, recruitment portal services, job-related services, online and offline courses, workshops, and skill development programs.
By enrolling in any course or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
2. General Refund Conditions
Before Service or Course Start
If a user cancels enrollment or service before the official start date, a refund may be provided after deducting applicable administrative and processing charges.
After Service Commencement
Once a course, training session, recruitment service, or job service has started or been accessed, no refund will be issued.
Technical or Payment Errors
Refunds may be granted in cases of duplicate payments, payment gateway errors, or when service is not activated despite successful payment.
3. Corporate Training Programs
For corporate clients and organizations:
- Cancellation before training start date may be eligible for partial refund after deductions
- No refund after training has commenced
- Customized training programs are non-refundable once planning has begun
Rescheduling may be allowed subject to mutual agreement and trainer availability.
4. Recruitment Portal & Hiring Services
Fees paid for recruitment services including subscriptions, job postings, resume database access, and hiring assistance are non-refundable once activated.
Refunds will only be considered in the event of verified technical failure or payment error.
5. Courses & Educational Programs
Online Courses
- Refund only if course access has not been provided
- No refund after login credentials or learning material access
Offline/Classroom Courses
- Refund available before batch start (after admin deductions)
- No refund once batch has commenced
6. Non-Refundable Fees
The following charges are strictly non-refundable:
- Registration fees
- Application fees
- Processing charges
- Booking amounts
- Customized service fees
- Job application fees including annual plans
7. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, users must submit a written request via email with the following details:
- Full Name
- Registered Email or Mobile Number
- Course or Service Name
- Payment Proof (Transaction ID/Receipt)
- Reason for Refund

8. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days and credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
SkillPlus Academy is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.
9. Special Circumstances
Refunds may be considered under exceptional situations such as:
- Medical emergencies (with valid documentation)
- Service delivery failure
- Administrative or system errors
All refund decisions under special circumstances shall be at the sole discretion of SkillPlus Academy management.
10. Policy Updates
SkillPlus Academy reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
