1. General Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of SkillPlus Academy® (https://www.skillplusacademy.com), including courses, NextGen Recruit, corporate training, recruitment services, and related offerings. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and applicable laws including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old or use services under parental or guardian consent.
Intellectual Property
All website content, course materials, videos, designs, logos, and trademarks are the property of SkillPlus Academy®. Unauthorized reproduction, sharing, recording, resale, or commercial use is prohibited.
Privacy and Data Protection
SkillPlus Academy collects and processes personal data including names, contact details, resumes, payment information, and learning activity solely for service delivery purposes.
All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Indian data protection laws. Users agree that SkillPlus Academy may store, use, and process data as required for educational, recruitment, and service-related operations.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy. By enrolling or purchasing any service, you agree to those terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkillPlus Academy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the relevant service.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold SkillPlus Academy harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from misuse of services or violation of these Terms.
Consumer Protection Compliance
SkillPlus Academy operates in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. We do not make false employment guarantees or misleading claims regarding training outcomes or recruitment results.
All services are provided on a best-effort basis with transparency regarding scope, pricing, and limitations.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Surat, Gujarat, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Courts at Surat shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Force Majeure
SkillPlus Academy shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, technical failures, or government actions.

2. For Enrolled Students
Enrollment
Enrollment is completed upon successful payment and verification. Access is personal and non-transferable.
Course Access
Course access duration varies per program. Content is for personal educational use only and may not be shared, recorded, or resold.
Payments
Fees are payable upfront or through approved plans. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
Student Responsibilities
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
- Avoid cheating, plagiarism, or misconduct
- Provide accurate and updated information
Certificates
Certificates are issued upon successful completion criteria. Employment or placement is not guaranteed.
3. For Employers (NextGen Recruit)
Platform Use
NextGen Recruit connects employers with job seekers. SkillPlus Academy does not guarantee hiring success or candidate performance.
Employer Responsibilities
- Post lawful and accurate job information
- Use candidate data only for recruitment purposes
- Comply with applicable labor and data protection laws
4. For Corporate Training Clients
Payments
50% advance payment is required before training commencement. Remaining 50% must be paid within 7 days after training completion.
Cancellation
Corporate training cancellations and refunds are governed by written agreements and schedules.
5. For Job Seekers
No Job Guarantee
SkillPlus Academy facilitates job connections but does not guarantee placement or employment outcomes.
Application Fees
Job application fees including annual plans are non-refundable except in verified technical error cases.
6. Final Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, remaining provisions shall remain in effect. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
